Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 10 days of delivery

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Item has all original tags, labels, and packaging.

  • You have a proof of purchase (Payment number)

If an item is not returned in its original condition, we may refuse the return or only offer a partial refund.


2. Change of Mind

For change-of-mind returns:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or store credit if approved.


3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault/damage/incorrect item

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a refund, or

  • Provide store credit

We will usually cover return shipping for faulty/incorrect items, as required by local consumer law.


4. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please:

  1. Direct message us on our Instagram page.

  2. Include your order, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

  3. We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process your return.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm:

  • That we’ve received your item, and

  • Whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method (e.g. card, PayPal, Shop Pay).

  • Your bank or payment provider may take 5 business days to show the refund.

Shipping costs paid on the original order are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.


6. Exchanges

We currently [do / do not] offer direct exchanges.

  • If exchanges are allowed:

    • Contact us to confirm stock availability.

    • Send back the original item; once approved, we’ll ship the exchange item.

  • If exchanges are not allowed:

    • Please return your item for a refund or store credit, then place a new order for the item you want.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment app again.

  2. Contact your bank or card provider – it can take time before a refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us on Instagram.


8. International Orders (if applicable)

For international customers:

  • Return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for any additional customs fees or delays.
