Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 business dayΒ (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During busy periods, sales, or new drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

If we experience any significant delay, we will contact you via email.


2. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping:Β 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping (if offered): 3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 10–14 business days
  • Express International (if offered): 7–10 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, public holidays, and destination.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your:

  • Delivery address
  • Selected shipping method
  • Order weight or value (if applicable)

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offers will be clearly stated on our website or social media.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email, and
  • A tracking number (where available)

You can track your order using the link provided in your email or through the courier’s website.


5. Delivery Address & Incorrect Details

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible on Instagram If your order has not yet been shipped, we will attempt to update the address.

6. Delays, Lost or Stolen Parcels

Once your order has been handed to the courier, it is in transit and outside our direct control.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g. weather, strikes).
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:
  1. Check with household members and neighbours
  2. Contact the courier directly with your tracking details

You can also reach out to us on Instagram and we will do our best to assist, but we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.


7. International Duties & Taxes (if applicable)

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be charged once the parcel reaches your country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.


8. Return to Sender (Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders)

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Unclaimed parcel
  • Refusal to pay customs charges (for international orders)
  • We can:
  • Reship the order (additional shipping fee may apply), or
  • Process a refund excluding the original shipping cost, once the item is received back in original condition.
